Red nose day in Worcester
Tomorrow being Friday the 13th is regarded as being unlucky for many but not for all those people who will be benefitting from the proceeds from Red Nose Day.
Like many towns and cities up and down the country Worcester is doing its own bit to raise money for the good cause. We thought the people below from Worcester deserved a special mention.
- Stourport High School will let their teachers shave their beards that have been grown for over the last 5 weeks.
- Subway staff in The Cross, Worcester will be bathing in meatballs. A portion of takings will also be donated.
- The Specsavers staff from Broad Street in Worcester will be red faced and red nosed as they under go a 7,200 step challenge.
- A football match with a difference will be held at New College Worcester. Reason being it will be in fancy dress!
